Returns + Refunds
What is your returns and refund policy?
theodore + paper will gladly refund your order at the full price for any unused and unopened merchandise (less shipping fees) if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
We will only accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Used, opened or final sale items cannot be returned.
Items must be in resalable condition, with all original packaging intact, in order for a credit to be issued.

Please note you are responsible for return shipping charges. We will refuse any packages sent COD.
Once the item has been received and is confirmed to be in resalable condition a refund will be credited to your credit card. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of the credit.
Is my information protected?
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Are you environmentally responsible?
Yes, we take pride in our commitment to environmental responsibility. Our products are printed locally on FSC- and Rainforest Alliance-certified paper stock that contains 10% post-consumer recycled content.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use Canada Post for all shipping.
Do you accept international orders?
Currently we are shipping within Canada and United States. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for all other shipping inquiries.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer two flat rates for shipping. Pricing is as follows:
Xpresspost (1-2 business days): $15.00 flat rate per order
Standard (2-9 business days): $10.00 flat rate per order
Expedited Parcel (4 business days): $20.00 flat rate per order
Tracked Packet (6 business days): $15.00 flat rate per order
All orders are processed within 3 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to items beyond our control such as inclement weather or customs.
Rush orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please call (416.531.6782) or e-mail us (email@example.com) to place a rush order. Once your order is received, we will email you a shipping quote. Upon your approval by email, we will ship your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.
